Is hair loss part of fibromyalgia.? Everytime i pull out my pony tail or brush my hair it just comes out.

That can be related to the medications you might be taking. My beautician told me that detail.

Yes, I used to have thick hair now its really thin. Good news is its not falling out so bad now.

Have you had your thyroid checked? Hair loss is very common w/ thyroid conditions. Also, wearing a ponytail will increase your hair loss b/c it puts tension on your hair. I've been trying to switch to headbands or using bobby pins and I'm losing much less hair now.

Yes. I had hair loss and thinning. The hair loss has slowed and I've been told it will regroup. In the meantime I wear a variety of beautiful head bands. Not sure I can blame the hair loss on lupus or fibro. Gentle hugs. Let me know if you want the name of the headbands.
