Any suggestions on dealing with constipation? Other than talking to the doctor, of course. Homeopathic remedies welcome. Thanks!

There is a massage technique you can use. Make your hands into fists and draw UP from your right hip bone to your ribcage on the right and DOWNWARDS from your ribcage to your hip bone on the left hand side. Continue this stroking motion about 10 times and frequently during the day. It helps to massage the large intestine with the natural muscle contractions and encourage the process.always do it the right way around or you are working against the natural direction of the bowel.
Hope this helps mx

There is a reflexology point that is three finger widths below your belly button. Pressing that will help move things along. If it is painful when you press it, do it more gently and rub it until the pain is gone. I've done it myself and it works we'll, :-)
