Members confirmed experiencing the unsettling sensation of internal shaking or vibrating, most commonly in the legs, hands, and upper body, with many reporting it happens while resting or trying to sleep. Several members described the feeling as similar to a TENS unit tingling, muscle tremors, or a whole-body vibration that can be uncomfortable enough to disrupt sleep, with one member noting that even Xanax no longer provides relief. A recurring theme was the validation and relief of discovering others share this strange symptom, though members acknowledged it remains poorly understood and difficult to manage.

I'm always wide awake and it's usually an almost entire body vibration, but I am usually resting when it happens. I always thought it was just me and my frequency. In retracting my former statement. It is sometimes enjoyable.

I do at times, usually when I'm in bed trying to go to sleep, feels like the bed and floor is vibrating, my fiance thought I was crazy when I asked why the floor was vibrating, he quickly informed me that it wasn't it was my muscles and nerves.

Sometimes I feel shaky inside. Mostly in the morning upon waking and getting out of bed.
