Does anyone else ever feel like they are shaking/vibrating? Especially in upper body/back/hands?

I'm always wide awake and it's usually an almost entire body vibration, but I am usually resting when it happens. I always thought it was just me and my frequency. In retracting my former statement. It is sometimes enjoyable.

I do at times, usually when I'm in bed trying to go to sleep, feels like the bed and floor is vibrating, my fiance thought I was crazy when I asked why the floor was vibrating, he quickly informed me that it wasn't it was my muscles and nerves.

Sometimes I feel shaky inside. Mostly in the morning upon waking and getting out of bed.
