When I get out of the shower, I'm having red itchy spots on my legs and feet.

My skin isn't dry.

Yesterday, I was in pain, so I used my heating pad. The red spots appeared. It is like i'm allergic to hot.

Do you have this reaction to hot?

Using a heating pad or ice pack on the same area for more then 15-20 minutes in not a good idea. If left too long, you will start causing damage to the area.

The redness is usually swollen right? Super tight and itchy feeling? I always thought it was just the body's natural reaction to heat XD try using cooler water after the hot, thats what I do and it really helps. Reduces the itchy feelings and redness

I get this too, they disappear after half an hour or so. I am very sensitive to heat although I love warmth for the pain.

Not really swollen in my case. Just red and itchy. Sometimes, I also get it on my feet. Just on the top of it. It's like a sunburn.

Not easy to get the right temperature.

As I'm writing right now, my nose is cold as ice.
