Can flexeril help with restless leg syndrome? I feel like my body is in constant motion and I don't get deep sleep which exacerbates symptoms.

Members shared a variety of medications and treatments they've tried for restless leg syndrome, with several noting that Flexeril did not help since RLS is nerve-related rather than muscle-related, while others found relief with Cymbalta, Clonazepam, or Sinemet (a Parkinson's medication sometimes used off-label). Many community members described older treatments like Klonopin and quinine pills, though some mentioned that quinine is now harder to access and tonic water doesn't contain enough to be effective for everyone. A recurring theme was the trial-and-error nature of finding relief, with members emphasizing that what works varies greatly from person to person, and some have yet to find anything that helps.

The quinine pills used to help me but you ca't get them now. Not enough quinine in tonic water to help me but I know people it does help.

Quinine is good for restless legs, try tonic water as it contains quinine.

I tired flexeril for RLS, but it didn't help. Then again, if you look at my list of treatments, nothing has helped.
