There are so many questions here and I once came across an updated list of Fibro symptom that might provide a bit of information. I was astounded to find so many things going on with me physically that could be attributed to Fibro that are on this list. How many do you have?

Members connected over a comprehensive fibromyalgia symptom list, with many expressing surprise at how many symptoms they experienced and frustration that their doctors provided little education or coordinated care at diagnosis. Several members shared medication experiences, noting that while drugs like Cymbalta, Gabapentin, and Tramadol offered varying degrees of relief, side effects like feeling like a zombie often made treatment challenging, prompting some to seek naturopathic alternatives. A recurring theme was members' own research leading them toward theories about fibromyalgia's root causes, including genetic defects in serotonin and dopamine pathways, MTHFR gene mutations, and adrenal fatigue, with many finding validation and support in the community that they lacked from their medical providers.

Yes thank you for posting. I've come across the list on various sites. When I was first diagnosed 3 months ago, wouldn't you think the doctor would give me a list or at least tell me about the associated conditions? Of course not! I've had to do what many of you are doing, my own research. My naturalpathic Doctor that I've only been seeing for a week has given me the most help and information than any of my 7 doctors. She recommended I read a book "Fatigued to Fantastic" by Dr Jacob Teitelbaum. I've been very disappointed with lack if coordination of care from my doctors on a diagnosis which impacts every part of our body.

I have done lots of reading on fibro, and found this to be a wonderful list of symptoms. I often need to be reminded of all the symptoms related to the fibro. I'm also reminded by this that I need to reach out more, and spend more time with my online fibro friends, as you are the only ones who truly understand. I have no support when it comes to this. Which only adds to my frustrations.

@A MyFibroTeam Member. Hated cymbalta. Expensive with insurance. Felt like a zombie only 2 week trial but had to work to switched back to Zoloft. I'm used to that. Not the best choice of med for FM but helps with OCD

Almost every single one. 41. plus diabetes, a pinched nerve in my lower back, tremors and a few other things. Aren't I just a barrel of fun? lol. You just have to learn to listen to your body and roll with it.
