I realize it's the medications I'm on that is causing weight gain, however, this eating all the time is causing me stress, anxiety and I'm tired, I'm not over eating at a single meal just hungry all the time. Does anyone take like a diet medicine of anything for weightloss or appetite control?
I am on Weight Watchers. I go up and down but I have lost over 100 pounds. Now go crazy only a small part of that is the medicine. I have been heavy all my life I want to lose more, will do.
Dukin Diet and Whole 30 were recommended to me. Found both helpful in dropping weight and maintaining new weight while on meds.
Try PGX (fiber supplement) it has helped with always feeling hungry.
Have you tried snacking on healthy fats that tend to fill you up faster like nuts and avocado? Protein is also really good, maybe you could snack on a healthy low calorie protein bar. It would fill you up and hopefully you wouldn't feel hungry. Hope this helps
I am on Cymbalta and Gabapentin both of which are the culprit of my weight gain and staying hungry. Apparently I'm not at a weight in the doctors eyes that should be considered for any help from them, even though I let them know it stresses me out that I can't control this on my own.
But looks like it is what it is.
