Are you talking about sleep apnea test? If you are then I had it.first they they hook all these electrode to your head to moneter your sleeping habits and how many times you stop breathing if any I do have sleep apnea when I was told how many times I stopped breathing I was shocked. We started looking into it when I was complaining of being tired in the morning along with headache, and my husband started complaint about my snoring. I started on the c-pap soon after and I have to say it works the snoring the tiredness and the the headache .

oh no the one for the sleep spnea is on friday am supposed to stay in the hospital.but the one from yesturday was to see why i'm always dizzy,and they found that I've been having small stroks..which I didn't know.but not till the 5th i won't know the results....and i belive i have sleep apnea cause i snore alot at any time i fall asleep.and i have to gasp for air,even when I'm wake...
