No pain free days as I hurt all over all the time. It is so excruciating that I can't tolerate it. I've had Fibro for 20 + years but these last 5months have been torture!
I wish we could all find answers!
Yes it does happen occasionallyTeresa. I'm not sure that I can truthfully say that I'm totally without pain but I definetly have times when I've slept really good and wake with energy. Usually I try to do everything on those days which I then pay for by spending two or three days recovering. After 14 years I can say that through trial and error that I can manage pretty well. I keep the messy house down to lived in. Lol I also don't cook when I feel bad. Love take out. When I got sick, my daughter had to take on some of my duties, like filling and running dishwasher after meals. Hubby vacuumed cause that is about the worst activity that I just don't tolerate. Hang in there. Not all medicines work for everyone. I take cymbalta, Savella, and Neurotin .
So sorry Tbeckys I feel you! I start to have a good day then if I get stressed then here we go... Can't win something always hurts. I feel like a hypochondriac a lot of times because you can't see it. People need to be educated on Fibro.
