Flexeril
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Has Flexeril helped anyone else? I have been taking it for a sprained back and I am feeling better. Maybe because I am sleeping better?

Some days it does help it depends on how badly the muscles are knotted together, I take 3 tablets daily if I don't the pain in my muscles is agonizing

I take a 10 mg. flexeril and a 3 mg. lunesta every night... Unless I'm having a severe flare/stressed I usually sleep through the night now. I've been on this combo for 3 years and really been grateful for the relief!

I've been taking Flexeril for probably about six years. In the beginning it helped a lot when I would get my extreme flayers it would help calm them down within a couple hours. But as the years have gone by his made me extremely sleepy where was incapable to function. But I still take it and now 21 or use it just for when I have severe muscle spasm's. It does not help with my Phibro flair us as I believe my body has gotten used to it unfortunately. So maybe not the best medication for an extensive time!
