Do anybody suffer with sleep apnea or other sleep issues since being diagnosed with fibromyalgia? My doctor is setting me up for a sleep study this this is all new to me because I'm used to dealing with neurologist. The last time I went to my neurologist they have a lumbar fat putting in so I have been dealing with a lot of nights where I don't sleep in a tent to be drowsy doing today. I just want to know do anybody else have to deal with this and how do they handle it?
Usually sleep apnea goes along with being overweight by quite a bit. I'm 50 pounds or more overweight. Once you to lose the weight it will go away most of the time.
There's a new CPAP that they're in the process of raising money to get it manufactured. You can find it under www.fundairing.com. It is really small and fits right up inside your nose. It has no mask no cords and no hoses. I'm really hoping this is manufactured sometime in the next year. It would be a godsend I think for most of us.
I have sleep apnea and without it I'll end up with a very vicious migraine for 2 days
I had a sleep study done a couple of months ago and was told I have a very mild sleep apnea but they still want me to try the machine and see if getting pure oxygen at night will help me sleep regularly again. I just picked up the machine but haven't had a chance to use it yet.
I have been on ambien before does not work for me
