The weather is now beginning to turn colder. I tend to suffer more in the cold weather. Do you have any tips on how to cope with Fibromyalgia and arthritis in the cold weather?

Heating pads, electric blankets😊

We use heating pads..... water filled are better cuz this kind can't burn you ..... hugs !

gloves with the fingertips out, warm clothes and socks. throw blanket if you are sitting still

Dress in layers. This keeps you warmer. Electric blankets are the best. I like my bedroom cool but my legs need the warmth and so do my dogs. If you have a warm therapy pool near you give it a try. Exercise is so important to keep those joints moving.
