Muscle Fatigue
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone have muscle fatigue? To the point it is hard to watch or even raise your arms? But mine is affecting all my muscles including my jaw.

Yes sometimes mine is so bad I can't even raise my arms to wash my hair and I have trouble taking my shirts off. Folding laundry is a real chore. hope this helps sweetie. hugs and prayers

Heat is the only thing that helps me wear mostly lightweight fleeces as heavy clothes makes my muscles sore. Microfleece is very lightweight and warm. Even sleep on microfleece sheets at night during the winter months and 15 tog duvet. Muscles get sore when sitting on too soft a sofa or chair I find a good office chair with a gel filled cushion is the best and you can adjust the chair to suit your height.

My arms burn so much when I hang the laundry outside, or if I curl my hair, or drying it. It is really difficult for me.
