I'm just wondering how many different medications others are taking. I know they say it takes a combination for Fibro sometimes because we have different symptoms. I currently take 3 different prescription meds and I fear it is too many. Especially since I'm still fatigued and in pain to the point that I still don't feel I can go back to work! Sometimes I wonder what the point is.

I probably take 6 or 7 different prescriptions. It's just something that some of us have to do. I get tired of hearing people say I don't take a pill unless I'm just dying. I wouldn't get out of bed most days if I didn't take what I do.
Teresa: tell me about the pain pump? I'm intrigued.
I'm taking two for pain, one for muscle relaxer, one for sleeping, one depression, two for anxiety, and I also have other medication that probably could cause me to be drowsy.
I take 1 Amitriptylene 2x a day - but only 10 mg each pill. But when needed which is about 3/4 of the time, I put on a camphor rub which helps, maybe take tylenol for pain and lavender diffuser going at night to help sleep. Right now - I think I need all 3. Ami makes me a little tired, but not too bad. Although I really need more than 10 mg - I don't want to take more at this time. If I can tolerate it most days - then I don't want to go into meds with side effects lists that are a mile long. I hope you feel better soon.
