I have been taking tramidol for a year. I told the dr I was taking it 2 to 3 at a time 3 to 4 times a day as needed. This was all fine until now when the insurance would not pay for it. I tried to get them to change the prescription so it is as I am taking them and now they are saying taking that much could hurt me. I have been taking tramadol for 8 years now. Highest dose 8-10 a day. I also take naproxen baclofen and co-codamol 500mg. Total of 28 tablets every day. I am still in alot of pain every minute but to me this is normal pain now as it has been so long and to be honest i think my body has just adjusted to all the medication so it is not as effective.
I take Naproxen 500mg twice a day for my pain. It doesn't take it away, but it makes the pain bearable.
I take a mild anti-depressant called Lexipro, and then [[treatment:ibuprofen:54c86a4c08c929b3ef[[phone:000181]] (800:]] mg) no more than one or two times per day (at least 6 hours apart). I only take the ibuprofen when I feel really bad though. I try to avoid narcotics and other pain meds.
I,m on cymbalta and take solpadine but not sure what to take if allergic to codine
