Cucumber is good for that, and nothing beats pineapple! I always feel at least a little (if not significantly) less inflamed the next day after I have eaten pineapple.

I saw an information on a health website witch says that the Malic and Ascorbique acides (Vitamin C), are powerfull antioxydant. Antioxidants are very benefics for people with FM

In order to absorb the benefits of turmeric you need to add black pepper.

Anything that has low alkalinity like lemons is good for you as it does not activate inflammation.

Pineapple, more specifically bromelin (found in the core) is very good for inflammation. Also, my NMD (2 that I know) say magnesium oxide is good for inflammation too.

Stop eating sugar! Sugar=inflammation. Bromelain is made from pineapple and is good for anti inflammatory.

Cayenne pepper (which, unfortunately, I am allergic to) is good for anti-inflammatory uses..
