No Sex Drive
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

How do you get your sex drive back.
Fibro has stolen mine and it's putting a strain on my marriage.
I'm either too sore, too tired or both. And I have angina that gets in the way too!
I have no labido! Nada, zip, zero!!! How do I get it back???

If your partner doesn't understand
They're not good enough for you
My other half complains but in the end he'd rather initiate every time than go elsewhere.

I do agree with ForesakenAngel, I have been married for 38 years and together for 40 years, my husband and I say we love you multiple times a day, we hold hands, cuddle and talk. I am blessed to have a husband that is understanding and he makes me feel like a queen, the proble would be if your in a relationship and your partner is not as understanding and willing to forego having intercourse. I have witnessed that type of relationship and it broke my heart seeing a dear friend ( she also has FM ) being hurt and treated so horribly, her husband is not the understanding type. I thank God every day for giving me such a wonderful person to share my life with.

I go for it whether I really feel like it or not (mostly) because I can count on the pleasure hormones to make me feel soooo much better. Anything that works......hope it will for you!

I have also heard that meds can have the effect. I think it would be useful to talk to your doctor about it. (awkward or not) I think they would have the best answers and possibly solutions
