Ive been on it for many years and when im hurting real bad and hav no plans to go anywhere. You betcha i will take one and just sit back and try to make myself comfortable and read and or watch one of my favorite shows.

It didn't help me at all with pain and I was sleepy for 24 hours after taking one pill. Didn't care for it.

I use it when I know without a doubt that only my muscles are stressed n hurting because my arthritic joints hurt as well. It makes me very sleepy so I can't function: just go to bed. It does relax the muscles though.

I take an anti seizure medication for mood stabilization, but at times, I still need a muscle relaxer. Baths make me hot, and my temperature runs hot already. My fiance is getting cold in the house, but I stay naked and hot. So, what works for one doesn't work for all. I know that personally, my regular meds are not the cause of fatigue. There is a humongous difference between sleepiness, tiredness and chronic fatigue.
