I used to sleep with the TV on, but the doctor told me to stop any electrical devices at least half an hour before you go to bed. It helps me.

I find sleeping with the TV on helps drown out weird dreams.....other than that....try relaxing music, read something positive, etc. Our minds reprocess everything in our sleep as a way of downloading.

I tend to have strange dreams, not really nightmares but disturbing because they seem so real, when I manage to actually sleep deep enough to have a dream. I have wondered if it has to do with fibro. I don't take any kind of sleep meds.
