Sometimes I don't even think its the food AT ALL .. I think its the medication that caused the chain reaction .. I NEVER had a food allergy in my life .. I am Hispanic .. We eat loafs of hot bread , pastries, cafe con léche ect ... But about 4 yrs ago I started developing an allergy resembling celiac disease out of no were.. I also for the First time in my life at the age of 32 couldn't touch peanut butter.. If i ate peanuts it was like I was going into shock .. I basically had to go on a no carb diet and COULD not go near bread .. If I touched it I swelled up Like a blueberry.. It was horrible. I couldn't even go down the bread isle in the grocery store..I told the drs I needed an epi pen that is how bad it was .. I was popping 4 benadryl at a time just to breath!! This leads me back to our meds .. I think back and think that my meds and anxiety were making me worse... I don't know what brought this on but I know I suffered for 4 long yrs . the drs couldn't figure out my what was wrong.. So I went gluten free.. And at that time the fad had just started.. So I added a few gluten free items to my diet.. But still I felt horrible.. Well this past yr .. I decided to take a huge step in my life and wean off the xanax that I had been taking for over 10yrs and also valium that i was taking.. so I took a year and weaned off of 4mgs of xanax and 2mgs Valium .. It was the hardest yet rewarding experience of my life to date.. I'm telling everyone this because now that I'm off the benzos my food allergies are gone !!! I felt like my body was telling me that I needed to get off these meds .. Listen to your body..Today I can eat anything If i want gluten free , or not but I find that when I eat gluten free I get a rash 😞on my face so in conclusion I think its just about eating a balanced diet .. I eat more organic and do a lot of aromatherapy, love my essential oil, coconut oil, and love any advice from Food Babe so I hope My advice is helpful xoxo([Hugs]) Mel

I have Celiac disease and have been GF and dairy free for 7 years now and it hasn't helped me being on such a strict diet.

Thank you angel. I also reported it. This is the one place i can talk to people that i can relate to and understand. I already i am a highly sensitive person and other people s emotions and negativity effect me badly since i was a child. I don't want to be told i will die because i am being watched for ab disease that is in my maternal family that my grand mother died of.

I was not overweight when I was diagnosed with Fibro either. I've never read "weight" as a cause of Fibro. I think you have some research to do @A MyFibroTeam Member.
