Hi I have moved onto Pregablin the newer version of Gabapentine . Was on Gabapentine for about 4 years and they just stopped working I was on a very high dosage but moved to Pregablin and yes it took a few months to get the dosage right but they are taking the edge off the pain now . I am also on a few other drugs Hope you find something that helps you become as free from pain as possible . Good luck
