I've heard vinegar is good for you, what kind exactly and what does it do for you? Are there any side affects?

Apple cider vinegar but make sure it has the mother in it and add raw honey. Take a glass of water and warm it this is so that the raw honey melts and add two tea spoons of apple cider vinegar and drink it. It helps many things. Google what it does.
