i have rib pain and i get injections in them

I have palpitations, the doctors say it's stress I don't believe that. Usually happens when I rest.

Mine started after I had a horrible wreck and broke my sternum after that if I sneezed to hard or coughed they would poo out n yes it still drops me to my knees
