My husband uses it for arthritis and I use it for fibro. It is awesome we swear by it!!

It helps, but it smells horrible to me. I don't know if I am just sensitive to the smell or what. I've been mixing it with some hemp lotion and it cuts down on the smell and still helps with some of the pain.
