What helps you with your pain? My pain extremely beyond bearable. My doctor said it can take a while to get into a pain management doctor. I have really felt so hopeless lately. I am on desperate need of help. My doctors are not helping enough.

Members rallied around someone desperately seeking pain relief while waiting to access pain management care, offering a wide range of strategies they've personally found helpful. Several members recommended warm Epsom salt baths with essential oils, heating pads, turmeric and ginger supplements, CBD hemp oil, peppermint oil for joints, and keeping a pain journal to process overwhelming feelings. A recurring theme was the balance between prescription medications like Tramadol, Cymbalta, and Nucynta and natural approaches, with many members emphasizing eliminating chemical triggers, trying gentle massage therapy, and giving yourself grace while searching for what works best for your unique body.

I strongly recomend 100% CBD hemp oil. Medical Marijuana and marijuana are great tools but are not legal everywhere... CBD Hemp oil has 0 thc (which is what causes the head/body high).

For joint pain peppermint oil

For soothing and relaxation lavender oil on your hands backs of ears and chest and if you have some kind of soft blanket dry it with lavender dryer sheets.

Those things work for me.

A soak in a nice warm bath with 2 cups Epson salts, 2 cups baking soda, and either lavender, peppermint & spearmint oil. You can get Epson salts with lavender or with the peppermint & spearmint already in it at Wal-mart.

Have you tried a heating pad? I've been using one since before I was diagnosed for my back and hip pain. Didn't realize how much it was helping until my puppy chewed the cord and I was without it for a few weeks. I just bought a new one and wow! What a relief. I take Tramadol, which some argue is a narcotic but where I live it is not a scheduled drug. I take the minimum dose along with Cymbalta. I don't think either help that much to be honest. I hope you find Somethin that helps you.

Hi. What helped me was having a pain journal just so that I could transfer my pain onto paper...then rip it apart weeks later when I was better. My therapist started light and gradually to deeper tissue massages that took 5months, visiting her 3 times a week before I felt better. That pain from your body into your head feels like it is driving you crazy. This helps. P's! Tumeric and ginger good:)
