I've been having a very bad pain under and around my clavical that goes up my neck and into lower jaw. Has anyone ever experienced this and is it part of fibromyalgia?

You could have myofascial pain syndrome, arthritis, ect. A number of things...best to go in et get checked. Won't hurt anything. I have pain all through trapezius muscles through shoulder/clavicle area, bottom of neck on up to skull. I have myofascial pain, arthritis, bulging et degenerative disks in neck et latest found a spur on disk in neck causing a bridge. Neck is nothing to mess with:( Even if it is part of fibro best get
checked:) have wonderful evening et hope you feel better. God bless. Lotsa hugs your way.

I have clavicle pain and have had xrays done on shoulder and clavicle and only tendinitis shows up. the pain gets pretty bad. Probably coming from the neck problem, Pinched nerve. I just had a Cat scan of neck done to see if neck has gotten worse.

I went in to pain management for neck, occipital neuralgia pain that turns into headaches daily then migraines. He thinks its Myofascial pain which is a chronic, painful condition that affects the fascia (connective tissue that covers the muscles). Myofascial pain syndrome might involve either a single muscle or a muscle group. Also thinks it's Fibro related. Wrote a script to physical therapy...like that'll help. Most of those therapists don't spend enough time with you because they are working on 10 people at once. Still in pain daily praying it doesn't turn into migraine.
