Does anyone find themselves choking on their own saliva or beverages? I find I inhale liquids often and go into a coughing fit lately.

YES, I've been swallowing wrong lately and end up in a choking fit myself. Don't know what the heck is going on. I tried to slow down my chewing and eating but to no avail. My mother suffers from the same thing. I think it's a reflex thing. Pharyngeal reflex?

@A MyFibroTeam Member that actually REALLY helps! I'm scheduled this week for a biopsy on a nodule on my thyroid. Also my glands are really swollen all the time.
