Do any of you hear and feel clicking when your ankles, knees or elbows bend? Or is it a me thing?

Usually that tends to be from a shortage of particular micronutrients.

With pretty much any chronic health condition, including Fibro, your digestion doesn't work as well as it should. So even if you have a perfect diet (and almost nobody does), your body doesn't get the nutrition it needs.

Realistically, your body sees your organs (heart, lungs, liver, etc) to be much more important than joint noises, so nutrition will be sent there first, and to the little stuff last. :-)

(This is a simplistic explanation, but pretty accurate, generally)
