I've had the foot pain every morning when I wake up for more than a year. My neurologist put me on low dose baclofen - 5 mg in morning and 5 mg in evening and WOW, the improvement is amazing. I no longer take 5 minutes to get downstairs in the morning, because my feet hurt. I guess baclofen is supposed to be a muscle relaxer of sorts, but is supposed to ease "severe muscle contractions". But this is definitely making a huge difference. Now if it would just stop my back pain, I'd be in heaven.
Glad to hear I am not the only one with foot pain. It has been going on for about 6 months. I have had fibro since 2010. Now my feet hurt and my legs and back. Nothing seems to help the pain.
I have severe foot pain when I get out of bed in the morning and start walking. It lasts for a few minutes and then eases up. They also hurt every time I get up from sitting position, and when I walk for more than a few minutes during the day. Not sure what to do about it. I have tried several different shoe options. I haven't tried orthodics because I don't have insurance for that and I'm not sure they would help our kind of pain.
Yes the same here Very painful when I get up like needles and pins but the more I move the better it gets. Move Move Move :) This is normal for Fibromyalgia However even though we also get numbness too you might consider going to the doctor to make sure all is well.
That's pretty much when mine hurt and when weather changes but always for awhile when I go to bed
