Does anyone in Adelaide or Australia know of a chemist or pharmacy that will home deliver and not just general products but prescriptions too?

Hello everyone, tomorrow is shopping day and I'm really dreading it
I have to take my walking stick for extra support but feel so self conscious because I'm very young feel like people just stare and whisper.. However my main issue is how to cope because whenever we go shopping I'm completely exhausted afterwards! We all have a strategy. When I studied in Scotland I brought a bag and picked up needed items every few days on my walk home. In Seattle I have a (miraculously) flat 20 blocks to a Safeway, which I bike or bus to and from 2 times a month. Once in a while I take a longer bus and as many bags as I can carry to the closest grocery outlet for staples. What strategies do you guys use?

If you've been pregnant, which do you think was easier to recover from? An elected C-Cection or recovering from having the baby with an epidural?

I'd like to stock up on healthy, convenient food to eat during a flare. I am often too tired to make a salad or prepare even steamed vegetables from scratch. Also, I live very far from a store where I could buy frozen veggies. I am not looking for advice about diets. I highly doubt if this has anything to do with my fibro, do any osteoarthritis sufferers have this problem? It's after grown to twice it's original size since last year and my spine is more sore than ever before, I get this unbelievable clicking in my spine and it feels like it's crumbling away (6 year ago an MRI confirmed lumbar was erroding), doctors aren't doing anything about it should I be concerned about it?
