Does Anyone Else Notice That They Brise Much Easier Since Their Fibromyalgia Diagnosis?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I NEVER, and I mean NEVER used to bruise before. Unless I slid into home and hit my shin or played soccer without shinguards....I never ever used to bruise! Now, I'm bruising like crazy. I get bruises from the tiny acupuncture needles and from trigger point release massage.

@A MyFibroTeam Member add the supplement Vit C with Rose Hips to your meds. It is water soluble so your body will dispose of what it does not need. The Vit c & Rose hips strengthen the blood vessel walls so you will not bruise as easily. Go to a vitamin store to get the Vit C, you want a non-synthetic version, 1000mg should do you good.

@A MyFibroTeam Member I have had so many positive benefits to acupuncture! Better pain, less inflammation, better digestion, less anxiety (or none), better mood.

I bruise easily and don't know how most of the time. I think it's more due to meds than fibro.
