Do Other People Have Positive Ana Panel?

I've had 2 positive ANA now. Nothing but a fibromyalgia diagnosis has been made. Keep feeling there is something more to this.

Yes, I have a positive ANA. This fact, along with all of my symptoms, led to a diagnosis of Lupus. Fibromyalgia doesn't cause this blood antibody. I have both Fibro and Lupus.
