So the past few week the back of my head hurts in two spots in the bone right where skull meets neck and it hurts worse to lay down and at night. Went to doctor Friday about rash and burning feeling and that. He said lymph nodes inflamed and was clueless on pink cheeks and rash and burning and gave me roscea cream. My sinus doctor yesterday checked lymph nodes and said they are not inflamed. Does anyone have this type of pain

I also have an inversion table and hanging upside down does help not only my neck but also my 2 herniated disks.
yes I also have the same pain, where the back of the skull met the neck. I didn't notice but my doctor did that I am very tense in that area. He said that is what is causing my pain. Lucky for me, he has a decompression table just for my neck. I have been using it for about 2 weeks and can tell a difference. But I also ice my neck a lot.
The chiropractor and message therapist used to do something called a sacrial release right where you are talking about on my neck and head. It felt good to have it stretched out. Hope this helped.
I too have that pain. I have noticed a cold pack on the neck/bone area can help. That and time. Try laying on your side or something so your not so focused on the pain. Unless the cold is helping then lay on it till you fall asleep. I've done that.
ihave research that and my ana test comes out negative it is pink rash, i thought lupus too but doctor looks at me like I'm crazy
