I would like to make an infographic with ALL the symptoms of Fibro on it. This way, people can share it with all the people in their life who "don't get" how having Fibro can affect every single system in your body, and every area of your life.

Members rallied around the idea of creating a comprehensive infographic of fibromyalgia's 200+ symptoms to help loved ones understand how the condition affects every body system and area of life. Several members shared links to symptom lists, with one member noting they personally experienced 155 symptoms on the list, while others described specific struggles including hypersensitivity to smells, light, and noise, cognitive fog, sleep disturbances, mood changes, fatigue, IBS, vertigo, and the emotional toll of feeling like a burden to family. A recurring theme was frustration that many doctors do not recognize the full scope of fibromyalgia beyond pain, leading members to advocate for better recognition, thorough evaluation of underlying conditions, and specialized fibromyalgia programs rather than generic pain management.

I don't think most Dr.s recognize that this affects so many systems. They refer you to pain management programs, which is a good start I guess, but pain is only a part of the illness. I would love a program specifically for Fibro!

I can relate. I have moments when I have not been able to sleep, noise, light, and smells arrival me. Then I finally fall asleep and if my husband or my son wake me up they tell me how mean I can be. I have no memory of doing this or what I have said. The things they tell me that I have said to them is not in any why my personality is, then I feel such guilt which I all ready feel guilty about the things I can not do any more. My home used to be Spotless and everything had its place which was like I had OCD of housekeeping now I don't know were anything is and I look around and my house is a wreck. My husband works nights so my son has moved home to help, I feel like I have become a burden with this illness. I never know what is going to not hurt anymore, Fibromyalgia is so crazy and so many different symptoms.

If anyone still has this list of symptoms could I be linked to this somehow? Trying to get my dr to listen and if maybe I could highlight what ones I am experiencing maybe she will change her mind about looking into it
