I know that they are doing clinical trials here, near where I live. I called about being included but they said that I would have to go off all of my meds for 2 weeks prior and stay off of them during the trial period which is completely out of the question for me. I would not be able to function in my normal life let alone be able to get myself back an forth to the location where they are doing the clinical trials.

There is some kind of program on facebook u can go to and tell them why u are trying to raise awareness and funds, it's call FUNDME if u want to check it out, don't know if that helps. My prayers to u!

There are many ways to start a fundraiser. One of the easiest is to get T-shirts made with awareness sayings on them, and sell them. It would help to be able to find a specific scientists who is focused on Fibro, and fund their research.

the people that make lyrica are doing a bang up job of that already. makes me soooo happy to know that those who called me hypochondriac are getting a lesson.
