Can you have fibromyalgia and neuropathy together?

Yes, I have both. Nuropathy caused by sugar damaging the nerves in my feet. I went gluten free on my own - after a trip to China where I didn't eat bread for a month, and it has helped with the Fibro enormously. It hasn't helped my painful neuropathy in my feet, but it's wonderful to get one thing out of the way!

@A MyFibroTeam Member have you tried the RX Gabapentin or Lyrica for that feeling of things crawling on you. I still have it occasionally when I don't take the full doseage.
