I've tried dry herbal saunas, as well as himalayaan salt crystal saunas and ice sauna - which work alright for me, on a so/so day. Not when I have a flare-ups though.
My rheuma has suggested to try grass, so I have done that as well. Which helps-ish, but I hate the feeling of not being in control and loosing clarity.
I've tried Himalayan salt sole, which worked for a while, while I was forcing myself to detox from medications.
But I am back to medications now, because quite honestly I can't manage the pain otherwise.

I'm scared senseless of acupuncture, which is ridiculous considering that I have got 3 tattoos. But how much does acupuncture help?

I found Dry Needling if allowed in your state like CO find someone who is well trained. I also use the Chiropractor once a week. My physical therapist has good hands and he will dig his thumbs into my back. It was amazing to find relief from
a neurologist with shots to make the muscles let go.
