Pain And Over Doing Things And Sleeping
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Do you guys ever have days when you over do things? No matter how small or big it is your body hurts? Do you guys also have problems sleeping? One day you might sleep all day and the nex5 you can only get a few hours?

I can sleep all day at times and then other times when I've been up all day I can't get to sleep at night!

I've tried everything over the counter you can buy. If it helps, it only lasts for 2 nights at the most and then it stops working? It doesn't matter if I nap during the day or not, it's just plain weird. And then, like yesterday, I fell asleep around 8, slept till 11:30, got up for 1/2 hour and went back to sleep till 5:30. 9 hours of sleep in a 24 hour period! Now I'm scared that I've pushed myself to hard the last few days and I'm gonna have a flare! my feet are killing me and my neck, shoulders and arms. More than usual. I've become so sensitive to my body talking to me, that it's become a lifestyle now. Being sick sucks!

Yes to both. I just sleep when I can and read or get on my tablet when I can't sleep.

I am currently coming off a full week of sleeping, like I have been hibernating for the winter, no sleep pills. Winter hurts me so bad that’s all I can do. But now I will probably be up now for a few days, grr!

I have a problem going to sleep so I take Ambian, then in the mornings I have to get up because if I stay laid down my body hurts more from just laying around. When I get-up and start getting motivated I am able on some days to do alot of things and some I go from bed to living room chair and that is it.
