I know stress effects this issue but I usually have it all the time. My mind just wants to jump all over when I'm trying to get even simple tasks done. I'm not ADHD or anything like that.

I have been diagnosed with dementia. And have had an MRI of my Brain which showed I have several grey spots throughout my brain, it was explained to me as dead spots, were areas of my brain were damaged. this was before I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and fibrofog. Its very frustrating, I used to be so outgoing and full of energy. but that all changed when I got saddled with this terrible thing called Fibromyagia. I hate it, I hate what it has done to me.
Yep...I have trouble remembering how to get to places if I don't go often enough.
Hi, yes I am the same. My partner made comment about it just this weekend, I sometimes think he feels I am just "dizzy" or in his words sometimes a little "weird". It is hard isn't it? I like to think I am intelligent yet am sure to many I seem vague and unable to focus on one subject. I feel for you . Are you in the UK? Here is to a hopeful good day x

I wish we could get people to understand this awful burden of an illness. I am now signed off for a month by my GP despite fighting to remain at work for months! This makes me stress and around the cycle we go ..... 😪 it saddens me to think of all of you reading this, that you also gave this burden x
