Members confirmed that burning feet and stinging toes are a common symptom of fibromyalgia, with many experiencing these sensations daily or during flare-ups, often describing it as feeling like toes or fingers are on fire or being electrocuted. Several members shared practical strategies that have helped them cope, including wearing compression stockings or TED hose during long periods of standing, though others noted that certain footwear like trainers can actually make symptoms worse. A recurring theme was the frustration of having symptoms dismissed by doctors or misattributed to other conditions, along with the relief of discovering that others share the same experience and that it is indeed part of FM rather than a separate concern.

Yes, burning sensation is known to be related to FM. Unfortunately, many who suffer with this disease suffer with the burning and stinging sensation all throughout different parts of the body. I have read some suggest that they only feel the burning and stinging when a flare up is on the horizon, while others have said they experience it continually. Either way it is a symptom of FM.
