Hi there, I take gapapentin 800mg 3 times a day. I did try Lyricia but had a lot of side effects so went back to the gabapentin. I have tried to come of it as i didnt think it was doing much but soon found out how much it was doing. I also take Panedeine forte for my headaches and some times Endone. My experience has been positive.

1250 mg every 8 hours

1200mg only at bedtime

I am on 900mg 3 times a day .

i do 800mg 3x a day. i started doing 300mg 3x daily when i was diagnosed in 2006.
