Fingers And Other Joints Feel Like They Are Bruised
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone else have that awful feeling, after periods of rest, that their fingers pain when moved?
.it's like a bruised pain. I have it in my fingers, toes and ankles.

Yes this happens to me also. It's either in the morning, or after activity (and they felt fine during) and then resting for awhile they stiffen up.

I also experience this, especially in my fingers, it takes time for them to be able to move in a morning. I also feel it in my toes and my ribs, feel like I have been kicked in the side at times. Literally hurt from head to toe at times. Does improve during the day.
