Members shared experiences with muscle weakness and dropping things, connecting it to the original question about muscles not responding as intended. Several members described similar challenges including clumsiness, walking into doorways, poor grip strength, difficulty multitasking, and the feeling of not knowing where their body is in space, with many attributing these symptoms to fibromyalgia, fatigue, medication side effects, stress, or conditions like carpal tunnel syndrome. A recurring theme was the frustration of repeatedly missing objects when trying to pick them up and the need to slow down and practice mindfulness to cope with reduced physical coordination.

i also drop things, I have become so clumsy. I know that sometimes it is the condition as I walk into things as well, My muscles don't work effectively and I have a poor grip some days worse than others. But I think sometimes the "clumsiness" is related to the treatments.

I drop things all the time. Not sure why. Sometimes I think I was tired or rushing myself. So try and slow down.

I do that, too @A MyFibroTeam Member. Usually through doorways. I cut them too soon always and run into the side of the doorway.
