Atlas And Axis Problems.
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone have issues where popping the atlas from the axis (like cracking a knuckle) seems to releave pain, but at times when popping the bone from the socket sends a quick flash of throbbing pain from the socket down the skull to the neck & shoulders.

If you are getting throbbing pain, you are overdoing the "cracking". Please see a Chiropractor for this sort of thing.
