Yes, it can give you a high liver count. The trick is to cleanse your liver. I take supplements for my liver and drink green kale smoothies every day-using water, not milk. I eliminated all dairy, wheat, gluten and any white foods, including sugar. I allow myself one cup of caffeinated coffee per day. I drink at least 96 oz of water each day. When you are beginning a detox diet, you may want to drink kale smoothies 2x a day. Homemade ginger tea helps alot to reduce the pain. PQQ supplement taken with liquid CO Q 10. http://www.naturalcompounder.com/pqq/ AND http://www.cortjohnson.org/blog/2015/03/04/is-f...

@A MyFibroTeam Member thank you for that....I did for a while have kale n coconut water smoothies, I shall try again as I found kale a bit hard to take but when it comes to the liver. Will also look into PQQ supplements. @A MyFibroTeam Member thank you my dear you've made me feel a lot more settled....bless you both x
