Hot weather does the opposite for me it makes me swell bad. I find relief with hot Epson salt baths but sometimes I can't take the heat on my skin. I use a heating pad for.my car only on cold days cause I can't take the heat get nauseated swell migraines pain it sucks and I love the heat. I usually go swim in a cold lake to beat the summer. Helps with the headaches too one I start swimming I'm ok. One I get out I'm stiff and hurt from the cold water. I really can't win!!!! But I haven't given up nor will I I'm too stubborn for that and my child depends on me.

moved from ohio years ago to Az. Felt 20 years younger stayed there 8 years. Husband lost job had to move to Ak felt like I did when I was diagnosed when I was 30! I use to play golf, tennis, swam, walked, lived my life. Had minimal problems. Oh yes had migrains till I went through the change. Now I am in major pain, and looking to move back there to The Valley of the Sun!

Heat while driving is my best friend!!! Heat period omg I'd marry it!! I should ask my dr what the heck test did you order that gave you the answer of bad inflammation problems. Sorry the weather sucks for you guys too. I feel like I live in a bat cave or dungeon I keep it dark. So.e times I wake up.and my face is so swollen I can't see! We truly don't deserve this crap this wasn't my plan and I didn't go to med school just to find out more issues about myslef!!! I like helping others!!!!!!

I have had blood test come back saying inflammation in my blood.but doc says " it's not that bad" whatever that means??? Heat does wonders for me. I always feel like I'm sitting on a block of ice.

Yes I have it. No test done. Dr says it's because of the mixture of my meds & having an auto-immune disease. I can't handle the heat or the cold. That leaves me inside a lot.
