Does Anyone Drink Tons Of Water And Worry The There Sodium Could Be Low?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I'm drinking 70-80oz. A day plus my morning tea and v8 fusion to take all my pills. And I crave water like it was chocolate.

I'm the same way. I'm always drinking water, and sometimes I drink tea because I get sick of tasting the water. I think the reason why I drink so much is because I have dry mouth and feel like I am dehydrated, but I know that I'm not. It just feels that way. If you think that you have low sodium, maybe you should speak with your doctor about this and get tested.

I am a huge water drinker too, but do not have diabetes. Could be from pain meds.
