A lot of people are going to add you to the team meeting they have other questions or answers for you like if I had you on my team and you and said if you asked questions to me I would try to advise you back or try to advise you what I'm going through as well as you I know it's confusing and I find it confusing to is 67 notification to myself to answer so I know it can be confusing it's just a matter of once you post something everybody sees it that's all you can even add people to your team all you have to do is see the person read the story and say add team and then you can reply to this is it questions as well or you could just trade stories have a fantastic day I hope this was helpful😇😇😇

Basically when you add a team as a team of people that you want to speak with and you chat about each other medications or how you feel or some people can advocate for you that's pretty much what it's all about but you have to keep up and check up on the same people and they'll get back to you as well after your email
