Sounds like you need to see an Orthopedist before it gets too bad.

Celeste, what are you doing for the osteoporosis? I have it in my hips and spine, and I take 1,000 mg of calcium w/D3 every day. I tried Fosomax and Actonel, and my stomach/intestines would not tolerate either.

My left know slipped out about 2 years ago but I have been told that I have slightly deformed knees which I don't think is related to fibro. I went to see a chiropodist who gave me insoles which has really helped to stop my knee from moving as much, they also gave some useful exercises to build up the muscles around the knee. It might be worth going to the doctor to see if they can refer you.

Both my knees have shifted.

My left knee has shifted, and my right knee is beginning to shift. My physical therapist says exercises should help bring it back into alignment.
