Not sure how bad it can get, but I have to take muscle relaxers at night to get tired because other wise I tend to focus on the pain. I will not sleep for days... maybe an hour here and an hour there, but will wake up from something that is painful so, my doctor has me on muscle relaxers after 6pm or after work which ever comes first.

I'm not sure I have both insomnia and sleep way too much if that makes any sense. I doze on the couch, but can't get to sleep, once I get to sleep I cant stay asleep, then when I am awake I'm exhausted. Some nights I'm up all night some days I sleep 12+ hours, it just seems hard to regulate.

I have a new med, it works on stopping the need to be awake instead of the falling asleep. Belsomra. It says it is non habit forming, which I find is my issue with ambian, It is odd. I don't feel completely asleep on it, I dream a lot, yet I have tons more energy during the day. I have been on it less then a week. I think I may need a higher dose. I will keep you all posted. It is so nice to not be so exhausted all the time.
